Christmas in New York City, 2001

This is not really traveling since I live in NYC,
but I thought I would share the
beauty of the city at Christmas.

The Tree at Rockefeller Center.
This year all the lights were
Red, White, and Blue,
and the flags surrounding the Center
were all American flags.

So this is Christmas
And what have you done?
Another year over
And a new one just begun

A very merry Christmas
And a happy New Year
Let's hope it's a good one
Without any fear

Happy Christmas (War is Over)

All American flags this year. The Angel
Even Christmas trees need maintaining. The lights up close and personal!
The Skaters enjoying the rink. Prometheus looks on as always.
Outside Chase Manhattan Bank.
Once again the tallest building in NYC,
The Empire State Building basked in red and green for Christmas
Fountain and tree at 42nd Street and 6th Ave Square.
